We want you to love your home decor, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please ensure all furniture and home accessories are securely repacked in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your LLCompany account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring all protective padding and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
